Cherry Clafoutis | Clafoutis de Cereza

Cherry clafoutis is one of my favorite summertime breakfasts. This traditional French pastry can be made with summer stone fruits; think apricot, plums, peaches, and of course, cherries. If you’ve never had one, you’ll find that its texture lies somewhere between a crepe and a Dutch baby. It’s sweet, but not too much so, making it the perfect companion to a foamy latte and a warm summer morning.
